Spring Exhibition October 2022

Another very successful show, probably on a par with 2021 in terms of sales, although with somewhat fewer pictures; 18 instead of 28.  Opened by our local State MP Dan Cregan and enjoyed by everyone, especially the Bremerton lunches.  Sadly, we’re unlikely to be exhibiting at Bremerton in future, despite a great affection for the venue and the people.  The Stairs – too much I’m afraid for my creaky knees.

SALA 2021

South Australia in Watercolour

Probably our most successful exhibition to date, again at Bremerton Wines, Langhorne Creek, where Eva and the staff attended every day despite the challenges of Covid 19.   We’d asked Federal Member for Mayo, Rebekha Sharkie to open, but sadly, the Covid restrictions put paid to that.  Nevertheless, people came, liked the work, and bought 16 pictures.

SALA 2016

Australia and Vietnam

We had a wonderful exhibition at Bremerton Wines, Langhorne Creek, 25 pictures in the upstairs gallery during August 2016.

DECEMBER 2015 EXHIBITION

We exhibited during December 2015 at Mrs. Harris’ Shop, 36 Jervois Street, Torrensville 5031. It’s a delightful little gallery in a former suburban shop, the kind my grandma ran in the 1940’s, selling everything from bananas to baby powder.   Check out Mrs. Harris Shop on http://www.mrsharrisshop.com.au/

SALA AUGUST 2015
at Bremerton Wines, Langhorne Creek

What a great exhibition it was for me.  We sold 13 pictures, so thank you to those good people who bought, and also to those who came.  Isobel Redmond spoke wonderfully at the opening on August 2nd., amusing us all with her story of her own shed, where her property boundary runs down the middle!

We were so encouraged by Bremerton Wines’ care and attention, and by the superb atmosphere, that we booked the same venue for SALA 2016.
