This is our local pub, and although I painted it during January, a hot, dry month with no rainfall, I thought I’d try a ‘wet’ look, just as an experiment.

Our local pub at Charleston is the favourite for miles around. Maybe it’s the old-fashioned feel of the place, or the friendly service, or the food. Whatever it is, people come from miles around, every day of the week.
